A native of Minden, NV, Bera attended Douglas High School, where she appeared in back to back state championship tournaments in 2019 and 2020. She played club soccer with Carson Valley Soccer Club, winning the 2019 Nevada State Cup and advancing to the 2019 US Club Regional in Boise, ID. She played her entire youth and high school soccer career alongside fellow Lizard Tara Dragoo.

She hopes to keep straight A’s and find time to travel the world after college.
