Box Score Reno, NV - Two second half goals for Snow College cemented a 2-0 loss for the TMCC men on Saturday afternoon.

The Mighty Lizards kept things even within the first half, creating shot opportunities from Jose Valdivia and Allen Somera. TMCC's defense remained solid within the first 45 minutes, as goalkeeper Brandon Espino made three huge saves against an aggressive Snow College offense.

Snow College would go on to score two goals in the 52nd and 82nd minutes which ultimately led to the loss. The Mighty Lizards fell into foul trouble in the second half, picking up 14 total fouls and two yellow cards before the final whistle.

Despite late shot attempts from Cuauhtemoc Borjon and Jaden Roig, TMCC was unable to convert any shot opportunities into goals in the final minutes of play.

The Mighty Lizard men will hit the road next week and will next play Community Christian College on Thursday, Sep. 8 in Redlands, CA. Kickoff is set for 3:30PM, and the match will be streamed live on the Scenic West Network.
