Reno, NV - Truckee Meadows Community College Athletics is excited to introduce its new Volleyball Camp this summer, a program created in anticipation of the launch of TMCC's Women's Volleyball team beginning in Fall 2026.
Over the course of five days, participants ages 16–18 will learn and refine essential volleyball skills while continuing to build on what they already know. Campers will focus on serving, passing, setting, hitting, defensive positioning, and court awareness, along with game-like scenarios designed to develop teamwork and decision-making. The camp will provide a fun, positive, and competitive environment where athletes can grow their understanding of the game while preparing for the next level of play.
This new camp is designed for high school athletes who are excited about the opportunity to compete at the junior collegiate level and are interested in becoming part of the future of TMCC Women's Volleyball. Led by Head Coach Craig Choate and Assistant Coach Kaya Estrada, the camp will also give participants the chance to connect with the coaching staff and learn more about the program as it prepares for its inaugural season.
All campers will receive a free summer camp T-shirt. A 10% discount is available for TMCC staff, multi-child families and military families—please contact the coaches or Audrey for more information. Register before Thursday, June 1 for our Early Bird special! Please email cchaote@tmcc.edu, kestrada@tmcc.edu, or acagasan@tmcc.edu for any questions or concerns.
