The Truckee Meadows Lizards have beaten Yuba College twice now this season, this time on the road for a 2-1 midweek victory. The last time the Lizards and the 49ers faced off, the Lizards were victorious 2-0 on the Lizards home turf. The low scoring affair worked out for the Lizards once again as they improve to 6-2-2 overall on the season and pick up their first match win on the road.

Adolfo Sanchez both punched in the Lizards only goals of the afternoon after with 14 shot attempts from the team, but it was enough to gain the win with the Lizards solid defense, only giving up one goal on the 49ers lone shot of the night. The Lizards tallied 6 corners compard to Yuba's solo corner.
The Lizards are 1-2-1 in conference play this season but are 5-1-0 overall on home turf. The Lizards home field advantage looks to improve as they host the #4th ranked Bruins out of Salt Lake Community College this Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
